How does Affiniv pricing work?
Pricing is primarily determined by 3 factors – Number of responses, Billing frequency, and Integrations. We offer most premium features, unlimited surveys, unlimited questions, and unlimited uses for all plans.
Will I get a discount if I pay annually?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for annual prepaid payments for Growth and Advanced Plans. For the Enterprise plan, we offer up to a 25% discount for annual payments. We also offer a quarterly payment option. Please contact us for more details.
What happens if a respondent does not finish the survey?
We capture partial responses, even if the survey is not submitted, so that you don’t lose any valuable data.
How are responses counted?
A response is counted each time a survey is initiated by a respondent. This may mean completing the survey or partially filling it out. For example, if a respondent answers only 1 out of the 20 questions in a survey, it is still counted as a response.
What if I exceed my monthly response limit?
If you exceed the response limit, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or pay additional response charges in the next cycle. You can check the additional response charges by writing to us at [email protected].
Can you help me migrate data from other platforms?
Yes, we offer a full hands-on data migration support for Enterprise Plans. For other plans, there may be a one-time charge involved, informed beforehand.
Are there any setup charges?
There are no setup charges for Free, Growth, and Advanced plans. A small one-time setup charge may apply on the Enterprise Plan, depending on the customizations needed. This will be transparently communicated to you before the setup begins. Instead of charging you a recurring high fee, we cover the one-time effort cost through this. This allows us to offer you the lowest recurring charges.
Are there any hidden charges?
None. Our pricing is transparent, with premium features, including AI summary, available in all plans. You will never be charged extra at any stage.
How many users or team members can I add?
We do not charge per user. Unlimited users or team members can be added in all plans.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Plan changes usually take effect at the end of your current billing cycle or current month, whichever is earlier.
