How does the NPS Calculator Work?
The NPS Calculator calculates the NPS score using the Net Promoter Score Formula. First it classified all respondents into 3 buckets – Promoters, Detractors, and Passives. Promoters. Promoters are the respondents who have selected 9 or 10 for the NPS Question. Respondents with 7 and 8 are Passives, and 0 to 6 are Detractors. Then, it calculates the %age of Promoters and %age of Detractors.
